HOW TO ADD THE REFERENCE

First, you must add a reference to your project.
From the Solutions Explorer select References, and right click to Add a reference.

From the Add Reference dialog, select the Browse tab and look for Microsoft.International.dll:

In the Solutions Explorer, you should now see Microsoft.International listed under References.

HOW TO CALL THE FORMATTER

Declare a variable which contains the numeric value.

The supported range of values is Int32 without decimal part. This may change in futures releases to allow other formatting options.

Create an object FormatCultureInfo to define the target culture.

Create your string with the new formatter ‘L’:

{0:D} returns a numeric value => 1234567890
{0:L} returns a string value => un milliard deux cent trente-quatre millions cinq cent soixante-sept mille huit cent quatre-vingt-dix

You must use a one of the supported culture codes from the list below or any others culture code ou have implemented.:
